    Great scotland yard hotel, part of hyatt, is special. The location and the overall presentation are excellent. We loved the king room with courtyard view. It was perfect for our celebration! The bar area made it easy to unwind and enjoy a nice drink. The top-quality furnishings really stood out.

    Also, the location is quiet, minutes from an art museum. The rooms are beautifully decorated and brand-new and generally offer a minibar, satellite television, and climate control. Attentive personnel is with exceptional service.

    A prime location offers easy access to attractions. The unique themed decor gives the hotel a character that makes it stand out.

    The room felt cramped and lacked basic furniture like a second nightstand, leaving little space to move around. Stains were noticeable on the duvet and towels, and despite requests for clean linens, no one followed through. The room service issues were frustrating. Forgotten items left us scrambling for essentials. The bar options were limited as well, with both the main bar and whiskey bar closed earlier than expected during a busy evening. Breakfast seating was a challenge and the quality of the orange juice was disappointing, resembling something out of a cheap plastic container.

    The staff were pretty good, we were greeted warmly. The room was beautifully decorated, made our evening lovely.
